This is the quick card that I made for a swap with the theme of "Eras". I really struggled with this theme for some reason. I used the Create & Craft Couture Deco Boutique die collection to make this card which I felt gave it a 1930's feel and simply used a Tattered Lace sentiment to finish it off. Not so sure about the corner flourishes, but it was made and in the post before I over analysed it! Of course, now, I can think of 10 card ideas I could have made!
Very beautiful, those dies really conjure up the era

ReplyDeleteHi Cara, a great card for 1930's era, thank you for visiting my blog, I thought I was having trouble leaving comments, none worked from my phone only from pc. Have a great week... Megan

Ooh those dies are very pretty. A lovely card Cara.
ReplyDeleteOn another note I saw something on Twitter over the weekend about getting your bunnies vaccinated? Do you know about it.
Apparently there is a nasty bug about affecting bunnies.
Thought you would probably have it all in hand but would mention it anyway.
Hugs Erika. x

ReplyDeleteCara, you really are a die-cutting genius! I wonder how many dies you have..I thought I had a lot, but you are always wheeling out one I haven't seen yet (and want) I like the colour combo here. Hard theme, but I think you have nailed it. Cx
ReplyDeleteYou nailed that '30s feel with those die cuts Cara. They are very pretty and the colour combo is so eye-catching too.
